What is hard work and its significance?
As I understand the way people are working for the benefit of improving the standard of living and solving problems.
It seems the workers no longer know what is hard work stands for.It seems the global recession we are facing as a world problem has eroded the zeal in our economies to work hard in order to achieve success and attain maximum prosperity.Of which that's untrue.Infect workers should work hard to achieve greatness.
I noticed the low self-esteem of workers in various industries.The majority of our groups no longer know what they want because their employment is not giving brighter future for them.Their salaries is not even emproving dispite how hard they are working.The standards of working and living is not taken seriously of because the employers are concentrating on building up their riches.
Surely the workers no longer understand the meaning of hard work.Hard work means putting all one's efforts together to carry out specific task and in this case i am specifically point to the improvements in working and living conditions as working means to reduce our challenges/problems.As workers we should understand that for us to be successful we have to be working hard.Even if all odds are against us,we should never tire ,we should work and use our income wisely even when employers seem not giving us enough.
The speedest Benz no matter how much speed it is acceralating, it will never fly.Because the components on this vehicle have no alternative for it to fly despite how the much momendum gained.
Instead a true worker is obliged to utilise each and every second to achieve maximum success.Whilst working at your specific industry it is wise to involve in part time employment to supplement your source of income, so that your hard working become meaningful when you start realising that your standard of living is changing for good.
It doesn't change,if you are hard working at your company you employed while your salary is stagnant.Your costs of living and what you want to achieve should come first.But then again it all starts with the attitudes.If one has a positive attitude towards living standard ,one is able to sit down and focus on introducing many sources of income!
From then on ,one develops a trend or pattern of organising oneself. One thing we should understand is that our HARD WORK now will also determine our level of success in the future .If we resolve that we are going to be HARDWORKING ,like successful employers ,we guaranteed of a prosperous future.
So let us turn to our glory days as workers ,where we used to be hardworking even when there are adversities against us.

This type of communication is common where people work closely together and conveying information.It can travels very faster .The benefits of this communication are that it boast moral and unifying members.
However the shortcomings is that it damages the society especially when the information is not correct.

Filtration occurs when the sender modifies certain parts of the messege to highlight strong and weak points.

Semantics arise as a result of differences in meaning that are attached to the word .It may also be as a result of specialisation which leads to the development of the technical jargon .
The organisational structure dictates the channel which the messege must follow.The increase in hierarchical channel may lead to filtration of information.
Cuturally it is as a result of cultural differences or ethnical background.Ethical centricity where only our customs are the best by judging people according to their culture.

Failure to time the messege properly within a presentation.

It is anything which is used by sender(communicator) to connect the audience.The poor choice of channel the messege may fail to reach the audience. Therefore communication may take into considerations:

The audience(receiver) is the consumer of the messege.When the messege reach the receiver must react to the messege.The reaction is called feedback.

In a community or organisation there are people on the top who are leaders and the majority on the bottom who are worker or subordinates or subjects depends on where these being referred.The messege mover from top from leaders to the bottom or the messeges can be from bottom to the top.
The messege is usually a directive instruction or general information.
The problem of this communication is that there is no immediate feedback .The messege is likely to be filtered.
Problems with upward communication is that the messege is filtered or altered.
Lateral communication
This is the communication between individuals or departments.It provides a direct channel of communication and problem solving and then enables people to form close relationships.
Informal communication
This is a communication within an organisation or society that is not santioned .(not approved or authorised)The grapevine or rumours is a type of informal communition. This type of communication is common where people work closely together and conveying information.It can travels very faster .The benefits of this communication are that it boast moral and unifying members.
However the shortcomings is that it damages the society especially when the information is not correct.
Barriers of communication
Physiological --emotional reactions,anger ,defensiveness ,hate ,jealous ,embrassment etc
Perceptions--how a person selects ,arrange to process and interpret the information differs from individual to individual.
Attitudes--the tendency to react in a particular manner.
Filtration occurs when the sender modifies certain parts of the messege to highlight strong and weak points.
Physical appearence of the sender or receiver.Physical noise of traffic or people.
Semantics arise as a result of differences in meaning that are attached to the word .It may also be as a result of specialisation which leads to the development of the technical jargon .
The organisational structure dictates the channel which the messege must follow.The increase in hierarchical channel may lead to filtration of information.
Cuturally it is as a result of cultural differences or ethnical background.Ethical centricity where only our customs are the best by judging people according to their culture.
Other Barriers
Poor listening and lack of attention to feedback.This is because the sender assumes that the receiver knows the information more than actually does.
The lack of knwledge of the receiver and possibly the use of wrong media.
