Objectives of the course:
The trainee will be understand what is required of him/her,through performing different types of task within the enterprise .The various task that one should be able to perform .The trainee should be familirised with employer's hope of making sales of the products and services.

The wishes of every employer or principal is to employ an effective agent/sponsor who effectively and efficiently meet the goals of the organisation.
The trainee is expected to be effective in ability to be able to do right thing at the right time.It is important to understand that any task should be completed within the desired period .One should not go to perform other task without finish the given task that the management have assigned to do.
The trainee should be efficiently doing duties well or producing desired results.The ability of the trainee to be able to use the equipment and ensure that the task completed.The ability to utilise the resources been given ,if problems shoot and able to ask for training ,coaching and assistance from the manager or supervisor.
Importance of Training?
After get trained the agent now have the knowledge of basic operation system of the enterprise and ability to confirm organisation's trading policy.
This helps to reduce errors at work , have adequate knowledge about the job entitled to perform.The trained person enhanced the promotion at work ,effectiveness and efficience at work to perform duties to the expected standard.
What is Agency/Sponsorship?
This is a profession like any other professions which falls and marketing goods and services of any organisation.The agent need to be trained propery as to excute their duties professionally .The image of the organisation is mostly potrayed by the Agent/sponsor.
Attitudes: Be self instructed and friendly at all times .It is good to be patient and not temparament or different at all times.
Appearance:Personal hygiene is very important .It is important to look good and feel self confidence so that you belive in yourself and make judgements that make your task easier. and progressive. Confidence about the work you are doing ,so your customers,collegues and the rest of management.Your collegues will be able to co-operate with you because of positive effect you expose to them and more with customers who satisfied by the knowledge of the product you are promoting.The top management will be confident in you that you are a reliable person for the mission of the organisation and this increases the chances of being promoted.
The dirty Agent turnishes the image of the whole organisation.A professional Agent will extend the smartness to all operational sorroundings.It is good to ensure that all places of operation and products are tidy always.
